The Principal Impact Collaborative (PIC) is an innovative fellowship program that seeks to address the national and collective local challenge of urban principal turnover by supporting and developing public school principals to drive higher retention, improve leadership capacity, increase job satisfaction, and ultimately, drive greater student outcomes.
